Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack the Equipment

  Securely place the tool and all original accessories, manuals, and batteries back into the manufacturer's packaging.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
